The unit provides care for patients after surgery, as well as for patients who require enhanced medical supervision, respiratory support, cardiovascular monitoring, and stabilization of their general condition. The medical team monitors patients before and after surgical procedures, controls their condition, ensures timely diagnostics and treatment, and prepares patients for transfer to the inpatient ward once their condition has stabilized.
When to Seek Emergency Care
Emergency medical attention may be required in life-threatening or potentially dangerous conditions, including:

• Acute heart rhythm disorders
• Postoperative complications
• Severe infections and intoxications
Department Equipment

• Mechanical ventilators for adults and children
• Portable ventilators
• Ultrasound machine
• ECG machine
• X-ray machine with OSMOS system

Procedures Performed

Mechanical Ventilation
Mechanical ventilation is used in cases of respiratory failure or when the patient is unable to breathe adequately on their own. The ventilator helps maintain oxygen delivery to the body and remove carbon dioxide.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is performed in cases of cardiac and respiratory arrest. Doctors and nurses carry out a set of emergency measures aimed at restoring blood circulation and supporting vital functions.
Intravenous Infusion Therapy
Solutions, electrolytes, and medications are administered intravenously to maintain hydration, normalize metabolic processes, and stabilize the patient’s condition.
Monitoring of Vital Signs
Continuous monitoring is performed for ECG, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, blood oxygen saturation, and other important parameters.
Medication Therapy
Medication therapy is used to stabilize cardiac activity, control pain, reduce inflammation, correct blood pressure, and treat infections.
Emergency Surgical Care
In mergency cases, surgical interventions may be performed when necessary to save the patient’s life.
Additional Procedures
