World Bank Delegation Visits Our Clinic

Today, a delegation of the for Central Asia visited our clinic to become closely acquainted with our operations and healthcare system. Representatives of the delegation emphasized that they are seeking a reliable medical partner that meets international standards for providing healthcare services to both local and international employees.

During the visit, guests were introduced to the clinic’s modern infrastructure, internationally compliant management system, and patient-centered environment. The delegation highly appreciated the scale of the clinic’s operations, the professionalism of the medical staff, the internal navigation system, the dedicated “green corridor” for inpatients, translation and coordination services, the modern pharmacy facilities, and the 24/7 call center.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the delegation by, Chief Medical Officer of the World Bank, and, Chief Security Specialist. Representing the clinic were Kristina Makhmudova, Chief Physician and Insurance Affairs Coordinator, and Shavkat Mukhamedov, Director of Commercial Affairs.The parties discussed prospects for long-term cooperation and the provision of medical services within insurance programs.
