Together with his academic supervisors and colleagues, he developed a clinical algorithm to guide treatment strategy when coronary and carotid disease coexist.

Saidamir Djafarov participates in international clinical studies focused on advancing cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment. He serves as Principal Investigator in selected research projects. His research interests include coronary physiology assessment, evaluation of emerging medical technologies, and improvements in endovascular treatment methods.

Served as a speaker and panelist at K-IMAGING AP 2026 in the Republic of Korea. Participates in international clinical research and scientific collaborations.
